Barbell Club 6 Week Program

Barbell Club is perfect for athletes looking to gain strength and lean muscle-mass.  This specialty program consists of (3) 1-hour sessions per week for a six week period and will focus on weightlifting movements to increase strength and power.  

Barbell club is a perfect supplement to CrossFit workouts or can be used as a stand alone program as well.  


WHEN: Starts Monday, April 17th, runs for 6 weeks. 
             Class Days and times: MWF at 6:30pm
